Experience in the field of quality

Key responsibilities
Central contact for the customer on quality issues
Participation in advance quality planning as well as implementation of selected topics of advance planning (e.g. initial sampling, quality tests) up to series approval
Responsibility for the product-specific quality in the area of responsibility
Definition, planning and ensuring the introduction and application of the necessary methods and tools (e.g. product audit, FMEA, quality / control plan, etc.) to ensure the required process and product quality
Responsibility for internal / external complaint management for assigned customers, including the necessary measures and their documentation according to company guidelines and customer specifications
Participation in the continuous analysis and evaluation of feasible optimizations of product and process quality, taking into account technical and economic aspects in coordination with customers and departments
