Profile

  • Higher education in the technical field (Faculty of Chemistry, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Physics, Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Industry (Food, Metallurgy), Faculty of Economic Engineering)
  • Experience in the field of quality
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • IT skills (good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable)
  • Knowledge of methods and tools in quality management (Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D report, FMEA, etc.)
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking and initiative
  • Cost-conscious and responsible action
  • Willingness for professional further education
  • Traveling
  • Ability to work in a team

 

Key responsibilities

  • Central contact for the customer on quality issues
  • Participation in advance quality planning as well as implementation of selected topics of advance planning (e.g. initial sampling, quality tests) up to series approval
  • Responsibility for the product-specific quality in the area of ​​responsibility
  • Definition, planning and ensuring the introduction and application of the necessary methods and tools (e.g. product audit, FMEA, quality / control plan, etc.) to ensure the required process and product quality
  • Responsibility for internal / external complaint management for assigned customers, including the necessary measures and their documentation according to company guidelines and customer specifications
  • Participation in the continuous analysis and evaluation of feasible optimizations of product and process quality, taking into account technical and economic aspects in coordination with customers and departments
